How do I report my return?
Drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you with the return information.
What is the return policy?
You can register your return within 14 days after you received the product. After this you will have another 14 days to return your product. You have 2 options:
- Exchange your product for another
- Return your product and get your money refunded
In order to receive a full refund, it is important that your product is returned in its original condition and undamaged. So feel free to examine the product as you would in the store.
Can I return just one of the products in my order?
Yes you can. You can return all products from your order separately. Please specify which products you would like to return.
What if a part is missing from my order?
Please contact us and clearly indicate which part or item is missing. Don't forget to include your order number. Also indicate which of these 2 solutions you want:
- Subsequent delivery of the missing part. In most cases the missing part will be delivered within 1 week. If we cannot resupply the part, we will contact you and exchange the product for you.
- A new product. You will receive your new product one day after we have received your return shipment.
What if I received the wrong product?
Sorry for the inconvenience! Please report this to our customer service. We are here for you 7 days a week and will make sure that you receive the correct order as soon as possible.
Do I have to pay anything to return my product?
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, these costs may vary. Through our easy return program, we always offer the best rates. Always return your product with track and trace. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from the total.
How soon will I be refunded after returning?
As soon as we have processed your return, we will refund you within 3 working days. How quickly you receive the money in your account depends on your chosen payment method.
