Shipping & delivery

How long does the shipping take?

The shipments in the Netherlands & Belgium are done by PostNL. If you order before 20:00 you will get it the next day. If you order on the weekend (after Friday 20:00) you will get your package on Tuesday.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are free to the Netherlands & Belgium. For orders from EU countries ….

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?

Most often the orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process, our apologies!

Returns & exchanges

I want to return my order, can I?

If you are not content with the product, of course you may return it. This can be done within 14 days after receiving of your order.

What do I need to do to return the product?

Please visit our returns & exchanges page to see what you need to do. Here you will find our return portal, which allows you to easily create a proper return label .

Is the return free of charge?

In view of the environment and fair prices, the shipping costs for a returning package are the only thing you have to pay. We want to prevent unnecessary shipping and make sure that your purchase is a conscious choice.

I have received my order but the product is damaged.

Our apologies! Please contact our customer service via info@wilffert.com so that we can take care of this as soon as possible.

Can I exchange products that were on sale?

Yes, with sale items the same applies as a normal order. Within 14 days after receipt of the product. Of course you will only be refunded the amount you paid. There may be exceptions in case a product is completely out of the collection, but this will be separately mentioned in the promotion.

I am unable to enter the discount code, what should I do?

You can send your discount code to our customer service and we will solve this for you.

I forgot to enter my discount code!

No problem! Send your discount code and your order number to our customer service and we'll sort it out for you.

Can I get a bigger discount if I make a large order?

Yes, you certainly can! Are you a company or do you want to place a large order, great! Please contact our customer service, so we can make a customized proposal.

The product I want is out of stock!

Unfortunately, this is unavoidable and we're sorry we can't help you right away. We work hard to always be fully stocked so come back in a few days, we'll probably have it again.

Track & trace

Where can I find my track & trace code?

As soon as the order is shipped you will receive an email with the track & trace code. All shipments to the Netherlands and Belgium are done via PostNL. Through their website and the track & trace you can see where and when your package is delivered.

The track & trace does not give any information. How is this possible?

Sometimes it can take a while before the information from the postal company is up to date. Please try again later and if it remains like this please contact our customer service info@wilffert.com.
